BRIEF
Identify a problem in an existing application.
Carry out research to understand the user and the tasks they need to perform.
Design a paper prototype to better address the problem.
PROCESS
Transport for Ireland is Ireland’s public transport brand, designed to provide real time information for its various modes of public transport.
We established there was room for improvement in many areas of the application, as did the majority of the user reviews in the App Store.
DELIVERED
Using Design Thinking as our methodology, we conducted research to gain insight and empathise, define user problems, design solutions and produce paper prototypes to test and iterate.
